First presentation and demo of a running version
On the 9th and 10th of March, the Laboratory for Software Technology of the ETH Zurich retreated to Rheinfelden, Switzerland, to talk about ongoing and future projects.
This was the ideal chance to present the first running and functional release of Brainchild (brainchild_09032006.jar) to an interested but critical audience. Even though this release still has some flaws (e.g., it may freeze if the presenters laptops goes to sleep) it gave great insight to its potential in such meeting-style settings.
The demo even animated some participants to use Brainchild for collaborating in subsequent presentations, which was a great experience! Even though the missing official integration of Brainchild into the presentation animated them not only to draw things that are closely related to the topic (see picture above)...
